Jenny has always had a passion for being in the helping profession. Bianca Stephens is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and considers herself an eclectic therapist because every person is different and will sometimes need different treatment modalities. Steve Crowder, MA, LPC-S, CSAT
Steve is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor and a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist. He has been practicing in Houston since the mid-nineties when he received his Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. He soon realized he wanted to help people with more than substance abuse issues so he enrolled in graduate school and in 1999 earned his therapist license. Steve has worked in every type of treatment area since then, including inpatient psychiatric treatment, in and outpatient substance abuse programs, community centric agencies that help lower socioeconomic clients who cannot afford traditional programs, and developed a private practice along the way. He has helped adults, adolescents and their families, and couples who were experiencing crisis in their relationships.
In 2009, Steve trained with Dr. Patrick Carnes and his team in obtaining his certification as a Sex Addiction Therapist. As a CSAT, Steve is able to help clients and their families and partners begin to heal the heart-breaking damage caused by out of control sexual behavior. A CSAT is trained to assess the client's level of dysfunction, strength of denial, and ways the client might be hiding the behavior. A CSAT also is trained in helping the partner or family member find the support they need.
Steve believes in a client-centered approach that incorporates many modern and traditional modalities to help his clients’ healing. He has 20+ years experience in group, individual, family and couples therapy, as well has helping men begin their own specialized healing that addresses the inherent issues and messages that come from being male in our modern, stress-filled world. He has also trained with Pia Melody and John Bradshaw on the impact of messages we receive from our family of origin that keep us believing we are defective in some way.

Kandece Money is a Licensed Professional Counselor – Intern in the state of Texas. Kandece has provided mental health services to various populations in Kansas and Texas. Kandece has experience with various therapeutic theories, such as person-centered, solution-focused, and cognitive behavioral therapy. She will integrate these theories to best meet each client’s individual needs. Her therapeutic approach is to provide a safe and supportive space for clients. Deanna Diamond is not a Texas native, but she has lived and worked in the Houston area for nearly 20 years. Her approach to therapy is client-centered and eclectic, but she believes in focusing on individual strengths and finding solutions-focused methods to address individual problems. With experience living and working in diverse societies, Deanna seeks to understand the client’s individual cultural perspectives and values. She uses cognitive and behavioral approaches but is open to adjusting her techniques to the client’s needs and abilities.
With over eight years of experience teaching in higher education, Deanna is uniquely qualified to help with the stressors and transitions of young adulthood and college life. She has also worked with victims of domestic violence and sexual assault and has completed crime victim’s assistance certification through the State of North Carolina. She works with children (ages nine and up), adolescents, adults, and couples. Her areas of specialization are: depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and LGBTQIA/gender identity issues.
Deanna earned her M.A. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Houston-Victoria in 2017. She also holds a Ph.D. in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University and a B.S. in Pre-law and Legal Studies from Marquette University.
