Setbacks rarely feel like just setbacks—especially when you’re worried about your child. Within families, challenges can feel magnified, leaving parents feeling unsure of what to do next or how to help.
Many parents carry a quiet fear that feeling stressed or uncertain means they’re doing something wrong. In reality, these moments are often part of caring deeply. Children, too, can internalize self-doubt and big feelings when things feel overwhelming, and they don’t always have the words to express it.
With guidance and a safe, supportive space, families can work through these challenges together. Burnout, exhaustion, and feeling stuck are common experiences when you’re trying your best to support a child through something hard—they are not signs of failure.
I value creating a nonjudgmental space where parents and children feel understood and supported. Healing happens when there is room for honesty, curiosity, and compassion. My role is to walk alongside families as they find steadier ground and reconnect with their strengths.
If this resonates, know that there is hope—and you don’t have to navigate this alone.
I have experience working with individuals and families navigating neurodivergence (ADHD, ASD, and related differences), attachment wounds, trauma, divorce, and family conflict. I am passionate about providing a safe, accepting environment where children, parents, and families can build resilience, strengthen connection, and grow emotionally.
I also work with couples, young adults, and children to support self-worth, emotional regulation, and a strong sense of self. My areas of focus include grief, play therapy, EMDR, trauma, anxiety, addiction, depression, learning and social differences, confidence, and self-compassion.
