All payment at Fowler and Tidwell Counseling is virtual. We are a cashless practice. We ask for a card to be on file to charge only when services are rendered,in the event of a late cancellation or no show, or if there is any outstanding balance from your insurance company. Your card is encrypted into our health record system and is not capable of being stolen or misused.

Sliding Scale rates are available with our therapist upon application and approval. Reduced fee services are available with our LPC – Associates and Graduate Student Interns.

All major credit cards, FSA, and HSA are accepted for payment only. We do not accept cash or check.
