As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I am committed to fostering a safe and affirming space for individuals to explore their authentic selves. Clients often appreciate my empathetic approach, cultural sensitivity, and dedication to fostering genuine connections.

Together, we embark on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and growth, exploring experiences, identifying strengths, and developing tailored coping strategies. My areas of specialization include issues related to identity, self-esteem, depression, anxiety/stress management, trauma, life adjustments, life transitions, bipolar disorder, and grief/loss.

I believe in meeting clients where they are, empowering them to navigate life’s challenges through a person-centered and solution-focused approach. Utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing, I tailor techniques to each client’s unique needs. My goal is to amplify strengths, develop coping strategies, and cultivate resilience.

While I work extensively with teens and young adults, I also provide services to adults and couples. I am committed to providing support, understanding, and empowerment to all those I serve. I eagerly anticipate joining you on your journey towards healing and well-being. Let’s take the first step towards healing together.

Education:

I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Houston Baptist University, Graduated 2021.
