Life transitions, burnout, and neurodivergent challenges can leave you feeling overwhelmed, but you don't have to navigate them alone. Real growth begins when you feel safe enough to bring your authentic self to therapy. Grounded in Person-Centered Therapy and supported by evidence-based practices, my approach is collaborative, warm, and tailored to your specific strengths, values, and goals.

As a former professor of psychology with a background in executive functioning and academic coaching, I bring a unique mix of clinical warmth and practical, actionable strategy to our work together. I specialize in supporting adolescents, young adults, and adults across three main areas:

  • Neurodivergence & Executive Functioning: Strengths-based support for individuals and families navigating ADHD, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), time management, and organizational hurdles.

  • Life Transitions & Stress: Practical guidance through career shifts, academic pressure, burnout, and major life changes.

  • Emotional Well-being: Thoughtful strategies for managing anxiety, depression, relational challenges, and self-doubt.

Whether you are seeking clarity during a chaotic season or looking for grounded tools to thrive with ADHD, I strive to create an inclusive, genuine space where you feel validated, understood, and empowered to find your path forward.
