Jenai is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a LPC Supervisor while leading Fowler and Tidwell Counseling as Owner and CEO. She also serves as the Clinical Director for Hartwell Business Solutions.

I am an interactive CBT therapist with an emphasis on holistic mental health. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized, tailored approach to each client. With compassion and understanding, I work with clients to help them build upon their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.

With nearly 20 years of experience as a professional counselor and a graduate of Saint Xavier University with a masters specializing in Community Counseling, I am currently serving as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients and supervising upcoming clinicians ( graduate and associate level). Among my areas of expertise are depression, anxiety, self esteem, self harm, substance abuse, codependency, anger management, and career counseling for entrepreneurs.
